A 30 years old man was arrested in suspicion for the murder of a 19 years old teenage girl, Aya Hachem who was walking past a Lidl supermarket just 100 meters from her home in Blackburn when she was shot by someone in the car. The incident happened on the 17th of May.

The suspect who is now subject to an extradition process was also arrested for the attempted murder of a man. The Police believe that the dead man was the intended target of the shooting.
A 33 years old man was also arrested in suspicion of the shooting in Manchester on Tuesday.
6 men and a woman were also charged with murder which has arisen due to a dispute between two rival tyre firms, RI Tyres, and Quick Shine. Ms. Aya Hachem had just passed her second-year law exam at Salford University and was the Chairperson of the University’s law society at the time when she died in the shooting.
Her family described her as a sweet-hearted girl. She was the beloved daughter of her parents.
