The police have charged Andrew Milne with the murders of Gina Ingles who was 34 years old, and a four years old boy named Milo Ingles-Bailey after more than two years after the blaze in the East Sussex.
The blaze happened on the 10th of July in Croxden Way, Eastbourne, in the years 2018. Milne who is 42 years old, is also charged with the attempt of murder of Ms. Ingles’ partner, Toby Jarrett who was 28 years old.
According to the investigation and new evidence, Milne who is from Hastings was arrested on Tuesday in the early hours and remanded in police custody to appear at Lewes Crown Court on Wednesday.
A woman who is 28 years old, was also from Hastings was arrested on the same Tuesday morning on suspicion of committing an act or series of acts with intent to pervert the course of justice. She has been released under investigation pending for further inquiries relating to the case.
Detective Inspector Gordon Denslow said that this case investigation has been a long and complex investigation, and they trying to bring those responsible for the incident to justice on behalf of the loved ones of Gina, Milo, and Toby and urged to the public that if anyone with any information about the investigation report it to the police.
