A woman named Michelle Patilllo was walking across the road on June 19.

She suddenly encountered a bag. She said that unfortunately she knew what was in the bag but she didn’t know whether it was too late or she had discovered the bag in time.

Unfortunately, it was too late. When she opened the bag she found dead puppies in it. She says that had she discovered the bag in time, the puppies might have been saved. She even took a picture of them.

Later she took them to a family friend’s house so that she could give them a proper burial.

She also said that there are too many services in the area available at too cost that makes them just unavoidable.

However, that wasn’t the first bag she would have discovered. Just the next day, and last week too she discovered new bags with puppies in it. She was very angry at this.

TCAS says that Parvo is a very contagious disease among puppies and if not treated within time, they could die also. It’s also not possible to trace the owners of the puppies if there is no nearby surveillance.

It also said that “We tend to not jump directly to conclusions of cruelty or things like that because oftentimes what we find is once we find the owners of these animals if we are able to, is simply a case of the puppy passed away from Parvo,” For more such latest news stay tuned with us.
