Garcelle Beauvais has revealed she’s hitting the screen as a full-time cast member for her second season on “The Real House Wives of Beverly Hills,” she revealed this week.
“I am returning to the ‘Housewives’, yes”, she told Entertainment Tonight on Thursday. “You know, you gotta be a little brave. A little scared. A little ready. I mean, it’s all those things, and I say it with a laugh because I’m ready, but you’re never really ready.”
The 53-year-old movie star, Beauvais, speaking about ‘Housewives’ said she acknowledges that it historically has a tougher time during their second run as opposed to their first season, which she says she is “afraid of”.
“I sort of got a warning from Ms. (Lisa) Rinna, so we’ll see, she said. “I’m ready, though, bring it.”
Beauvais’ friend and RHBOH colleague, Denis Richards announced in September that she intends to leave the Bravo series after a very dramatic Season II.
Beauvais, unhappy about Richards’ announcement said, “I’m sad about it. I really wish she wouldn’t leave the franchise. I think she’s great. I think she brings a lot. I think the fans obviously love her and root for her, so I’m really said about it”, she said, adding that while she’ll miss her pal during filming, they will keep contacts because they ‘always talk’.
While Garcelle is hoping that Denise might surface on screen with her for a catch-up dinner or cocktails-snowing she really does not want Denise to leave, some women or rather untouched as they even celebrated her exit announcement with memes and GIFs.
Garcelle is shocked at the mean responses from her colleagues to Denise exit. “I was really shocked by the memes, I thought that they were really mean,” she said hoping her co-stars can ‘show a little bit of growth, a little bit of maturity,”
Other stars who would be returning for the upcoming season II are Kyle Richards, Lissa Rinna, Dorit Kemsley, Erika Jayns, and Sutton Stracke.
