New york times alleges bounties were placed on U.S. troops, Biden slams Trump for the same.

A shocking report was briefed by the new york times in its article.

According to the articles, it was concluded by the US army intelligence months ago that Taliban militants were offered bounties by the Russian military intelligence to kill the US soldiers that were present in Afghanistan.

At that time the US army and Taliban were holding talks for peace and such an incident occurred.

If the report is true, then this is a shocking revelation and can also mean that the US intelligence failed to detect what was going on.

Citing the report, Joe Biden has taken a dig at the current government and president trump. He said that if the reports are true, then it’s a shocking revelation.

He said that “The truly shocking revelation that if the Times report is true, and I emphasize that again, is that President Trump, the commander in chief of American troops serving in a dangerous theatre of war, has known about this for months, according to the Times, and done worse than nothing,”

The white house press secretary told the issue that “This does not speak to the merit of the alleged intelligence but to the inaccuracy of the New York Times story erroneously suggesting that President Trump was briefed on this matter,”.

The incident made the Russian Foreign Ministry to commenting that “This unsophisticated plant clearly illustrates the low intellectual abilities of the propagandists of American intelligence, who instead of inventing something more plausible have to make up this nonsense,”.

Overall, this is a serious issue. If it’s really true, then it can be used by the Democrats in the upcoming presidential elections. For more such latest news stay tuned with us.
