Respect: Jennifer Hudson As Aretha Franklin In The First Trailer

From his beginnings in his father’s church choir to becoming an international star, ‘Respect’ will review the mysterious life of Aretha Franklin, whose skin Jennifer Hudson ( ‘Cats’ ) is involved. Directed by Liesl Tommy, who until now had developed her career in television series such as ‘Jessica Jones’ or ‘The Walking Dead’, the film completes its cast with Forest Whitaker, Marlon Wayans, Audra McDonald, Marc Maron and Mary J. Blige, among others, and will hit theaters soon with Universal.
