Star Trek: Discovery Season 3 is taking a long way for its release and fans are keeping a lot of patience for it. They are waiting and waiting. The shoot of the third season wrapped up in Canada in February, before the shut down in Canada and Hollywood. The work is in progress, and the wait is in progress too. Fans are waiting for their favourite season to continue with its series. The post production team is working intensively trying to complete their work as soon as possible, so that they can make an amazing release and keep all their fans entertained in this lockdown.
Chad Rubel who was working as an assistant editor joined the editing team of Star Trek: Discovery for season three to edit some Short Treks, recently tweeted that he had an amazing experience while working on it, and pointing out that it was the last day of work on the season for him. He tweeted “What an amazing experience it was”.
As the fans are regularly checking up every social media platform for getting every update related to their most awaited series, some of them considered it as the whole editing thing has been completed and the season 3 of Star Trek is all set to get released and they enquired about this on the twitter hoping for a yes from their side but it wasn’t that way.
Chad later confirmed that he was only talking about the end of his part in the editing process and not of the whole team. Editors Jon Dudkowski, ACE, and Scott Gamzon have been editing for Discovery on all three seasons. To this, Gamzon re tweeted on Chad’s tweet indicating that work is still there for rest of the editing team and that means the work is still on. He said “working as best and as fast as we can”. Though we still don’t know when the season is going to be out.
