The Umbrella Academy Season 2

Umbrella Academy is a web series on Netflix by Steve Blackman and Jeremy Slater with 45 million families as viewership. It shares the same name as that of the American comic book and is dwelled on the same. Superheroes have been an all-time favorite and this web series is no exception. Season one has received a good response from fans in terms of appreciation and critic reviews. News about Aidan Gallagher leaving the show too gained a lot of attention though it left the viewers thinking about him leaving the show.

The story is about a discordant and unharmonious family with two adopted kids. These kids have supernatural powers and will be seen trying to find out the murder puzzle of their father. A calamity is expected and they will be also seen rescuing and saving as all superheroes do. Produced by Borderline Entertainment, Dark house Entertainment, and Universal Cable Production is an entertaining treat for all.

The cherry on the cake is the news that we will soon get to see season 2 which is supposed to go live on July 31, Friday 2020.Season one we saw Hargreev played by Colm Feore and this season too we may have Hargreeves kids back on the show. This, in turn, says that we will get to see Vanya (Ellen Page), Luther (Tom Hopper), Allison (Emmy Raver-Lampman), Klaus (Robert Sheehan), Diego (David Castañeda), Number Five (Aidan Gallagher), and Ben (Ethan Hwang) from the leading cast. Then there is Mary J. Blige and Cameron Britton playing Cha-Cha and Hazel the murderers. Some new faces will also be seen which may include Ritu Arya (Humans), Yusuf Gatewood (Good Omens), and Marin Ireland (Sneaky Pete).

A dance sequence as a teaser was released recently released based on 1987 Tiffany’s hit pop number ‘I Think We’re Alone Now’ and not only that, it was shot from actors’ respective residence keeping in mind the safety norms because of a pandemic.

Will the next season resume from where it left is a riddle unanswered and has been kept covet to entice fans and viewers.
