Topless lady in Britain protects relatives from drowning

She wasn’t wearing a Baywatch swimsuit — she wasn’t wearing anything up top at all — but a woman in England still managed to save the day and some struggling swimmers.

Jessica Layton, 28, from Cornwall, U.K., was sunbathing sans top on naturist beach Pedn Vounder near Porthcurno on Tuesday when she went certain a brief swim.

“It was just after 3 p.m. and the tide was coming in. I decided to travel for a final dip before going home,” Layton told Cornwall Live. “I was topless within the sea once I saw two young women struggling to swim near the rocks. Another member of the family ran in to help them, and she started striving, too.

“I swam towards them and thought ‘oh shit’ as I realized how strong the rip current was. I was struggling myself and that they were panicking, which wasn’t ideal during a situation like that.”

She settled up protecting two siblings and a cousin. Later, one of Layton’s friends said: “Not all heroes wear capes, some of them don’t even wear bikini tops.”

“l was going to tell them to swim, which is that the finest thing you will compensate a riptide, but they were panicking such a lot it wouldn’t have achieved. They were all holding hands, so I grabbed one among their hands and pulled all of them on to the beach,” Layton said.

Layton is a regular on the nudist beach and is an actor and a singer. She was just glad she hadn’t gone fully nude, or she would have put on an even bigger show.

“Luckily, I would just put my bikini bases on before it occurred. It is a classic I used to be getting to be topless when something like this happens. “One of the women said ‘aren’t you strong?’ afterward — I am unsure where the strength came from.”

“One of the women said aren’t you strong?’ afterward — I’m not sure where the strength came from.” While Layton rattled by the incident — “l can’t quite grasp it,” she said, her friends are delighted. One placed a post on Facebook saying: “Local hero saves the family from certain death together with her norks out!”
