Florida – An argument between Florida men over which type of milk is better whether whole milk or almond milk and as the argument went forward the whole situation turned into a vicious altercation that left one man who is the cousin of the accused to get stabbed in the torso.
As per the arrest warrant, the incident happened on the 27th of September at a residence in Lee County, Florida. The suspect behind the crime is identified as Justin Garcia who is 30-year-old and has been put on charges for stabbing his cousin on an argument regarding his choice of milk.
A deputy in charge who arrived at the spot wrote that Justin punched the victim with a closed fist to the left side of his head although the victim fought back and punched Garcia in the shoulder which angered the suspect further.
Justin then allegedly pulled out a blue, three-inch pocket knife. The victim (Justin’s Cousin) got scared and tried to run away, but has Justin is the accused he chased him to the front yard and caught the victim and slashed him in the torso, police said.

A witness for the crime (Justin’s uncle Edwin Parilla who also intervened and kept the two men apart until deputies arrive) said to police that the victim held Justin back so that he couldn’t stab him again. When asked to police they said that the stab wound on the victim has left a small laceration.
Justin has been arrested and charged with aggravated battery.
